Although the vast majority of customers are women, we avoided making the brand too feminine. We believe that every every person can celebrate her or his beauty.
The colors used were soft to associate the brand with calm and this can also play with stronger color if they launch a specific campaign that need stronger hues.
Confindence language
Beleza mia has a friendly personality. All the messages impulse the confidence of the users. At the salon, the users can rely on the staff. We managed to place funny messages such as “hey, cutie” or “Don’t worry, you can sleep a bit” on the ceiling for people to read whenever a hairstylist was washing his/her hair.
